ATHLETE REGISTRATION
Fall 2026 registration is now open.
Please follow the steps to register your athlete.
STEP 1.
FHPS requires each athlete to register through Final Forms. This process includes basic medical and health information, insurance information, and submission of the athletes updated health physical (dated on or after 4/15/26).
This is a separate step required by the school and must be completed prior to registration with the club. Please contact the FHN Athletic Department with specific questions regarding this process.

*No Fee for Fall rowing through Final Forms. Club Dues only.
STEP 4.
Order your FHNE Rowing Singlet before August 26.

New rowers should also buy black bike-style shorts and a black athletic long sleeve shirt.
STEP 5.
US Rowing Individual Membership is required annually for all rowers. The cost is $25.
To renew or join, please click on the link below. All rowers will register as individuals. Returning users, please login with your past username/password.
THIS IS NOT REQUIRED FOR FALL. However, if you plan to row in the spring, renewal will be required.
