ATHLETE REGISTRATION
Spring 2024 registration is now open.
Please follow the steps to register your athlete.
STEP 1.
FHPS requires each athlete to register through Final Forms. This process includes basic medical and health information, insurance information, and submission of the athletes updated health physical (dated on or after 4/15/23).
This is a separate step required by the school and must be completed prior to registration with the club. Please contact the FHN Athletic Department with specific questions regarding this process.
STEP 4.
US Rowing Individual Membership is required annually for all rowers. The cost is $20 to renew and $25 to join. Membership must be active by March 11, 2024 and remain active through June 30, 2024.
IMPORTANT: To renew or join, please click on the link below. All rowers will register as individuals. Returning users, please login with your past membership number/password. If you are unsure, please review the following link HERE to access a PDF with your membership info.
If you have a current membership, please login to your account to ensure all waivers and/or attestations are up to date.

US Rowing will prompt for additional services and donations. These are optional and not required.
Please keep your unique login handy for future registrations or renewals.
STEP 5.
Rowers must purchase a tank, shorts (men only), and warmup shirt as part of their uniform. Women will need to purchase spandex shorts on their own. (Choose the style and fit that's right for you)
Jackets, wind pants and full length parkas optional. These items are available for rowers only.
Please note that sizing cannot be exchanged.
